Manufacturing Method Straight fittings are precision-machined from cold-drawn bar stock. Shaped fittings (elbows, tees, crosses) are machined from close-grain forgings.
Surface Treatments Nuts are internally silver-plated to prevent thread galling during make-up. Burnished internal finishes available for Ultra-High Purity (UHP) requirements.
Testing & Compliance Helium leak tested to 1x10⁻⁹ mbar l/s. Hydrostatic burst tested, vibration fatigue tested, and fully NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant for sour gas.
